Load Cell Controller Based Control Panel is a customised industrial panel designed to receive, display and control weight or force signals from one or more load cells.

The panel uses a digital load cell controller to provide real-time weight indication, tare, calibration, alarm setpoints and process-control outputs. Depending on the application, it can operate feeders, valves, motors, contactors, alarms and other field devices.

The panel can be configured with relay outputs, digital inputs, 0–10 V or 4–20 mA analogue output and RS485 Modbus communication. It is suitable for tank weighing, batching, filling, packing, testing, material handling and overload-monitoring applications.
